How long will it take to get my new display?
Usual production time is 10 business days after receipt of art files.
What is PhotoFabric?
PhotoFabric is a term used to describe a printed fabric graphic that has used the dye sublimated process.
What is dye sublimation?
Dye sublimation is a process where a transfer print is fussed to fabric via heat and pressure. This embeds the image into the fibers for a permanent, vibrant display.
Can I clean my fabric graphics?
Most PhotoFabric graphic panels can be spot cleaned or laundered. We recommend cold water, gentle cycle and a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry if possible. Never dry-clean. Always check with your salesperson or our customer care team to discuss your particular fabric.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, our main office in Beaverton, OR is open to the public Monday thru Friday; 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, except holidays.
Can you bring sample displays to my office?
As a general rule, yes. We have sales staff in Oregon and Washington who would be happy to meet with you if your geographical location is within a reasonable distance.
